INTRODUCTION

Judging is conducted under the auspices of the Design Institute of Australia and observes the protocols of the International Federation of Interior Architects/Interior Designers.

The judging process is anonymous and confidential. To ensure anonymity in judging, no names of applicants or collaborating parties may appear on submitted images, floorplans or written support materials.

Jurors are required to declare any association or conflict of interest regarding an entry and step down from the panel for judging of that entry.

This awards program is not a competition. The jury reserves the right to give multiple awards and / or commendations in a given category. The jury also reserves the right not to give awards / commendations in a given category.

The Jury reserves the right to re-classify the project to a more appropriate category, if deemed necessary.

Jury decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Interior Design Awards acknowledges the support of Sustainability Victoria, which has assisted with preparing judging materials for the Environmentally Sustainable Design Award.
